What’s the difference between townhomes and apartments at The Citizen?

Our townhomes are two levels, with living spaces on the first floor and bedrooms on the second. Each includes 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, private street-level entry, and modern concrete finishes with floor-to-ceiling windows.

Our apartments are single-level and come in studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom layouts. Most feature a private balcony with stunning city or courtyard views.

Is parking available?

Yes. We offer three levels of secure garage parking inside the building, as well as street parking along 500 South and 400 East.
